The regular and student fees include conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome party (on Monday), and the conference dinner (on Wednesday).

Support for students
We can support several Ph.D. students and young researchers by covering their registration fees and a part of their travel expenses. A limited number of Hans Elias bursaries, sponsored by ISSIA and RSJ Foundation, is available.
Applications, including an abstract (if not yet submitted to 14th ECSIA 2025) and a curriculum vitae, should be sent to ecsia2025@karlin.mff.cuni.cz, no later than July 15, 2025.
