Registration
Registration takes two steps, at a website hosted by CONFORG.
The registration is combined with the immediate payment. We highly recommend you pay by a card (VISA or Mastercard). Although payment by a bank transfer is possible, it is discouraged because of bank fees and discrepancies in currency rates. On site payment is not possible.
Please do not forget to agree with Terms and Conditions at the end of step 1. Without this consent the registration cannot be finished.
Upon successful registration you will receive a confirmation email from info@conforg.cz, and a receipt for your payment including VAT break-down will be sent to you by email within three days after receiving your payment. Please check your spam folder for messages from info@conforg.cz.

Please note that the conference fee will be paid in CZK.
The regular and student fees include conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome party (on Monday), and the conference dinner (on Wednesday).

Support for students
We can support several Ph.D. students and young researchers by covering their registration fees and a part of their travel expenses. A limited number of Hans Elias bursaries, sponsored by ISSIA and RSJ Foundation, is available.
Applications, including an abstract (if not yet submitted to 14th ECSIA 2025) and a curriculum vitae, should be sent to ecsia2025@karlin.mff.cuni.cz, no later than July 15, 2025.
